I don't know. But I am extreme. Extremely irritated, or excited. Paranoid, or indifferent.
Few things going on in my life right now (I love listing):
1. Period
2. Dental crisis
3. Exams
4. To Kindle or to Nook or to shrug it off
5. A demon messing with my head
6. Fear of the future
7. Photo exhibits I'm dying to join
One. This the most emotional time of the month I've ever had. Three nights have I cried myself to sleep because of no particular reason. I was just thinking about stuff, then poof. What the hell.
Two. I have to get a tooth taken out, and I'm really scared not because it's gonna hurt but how it's going to look like after. Also, I have a huge HUGE cold sore and it's pissing me off.
Three. I have two exams - one of tomorrow and one on Thursday. I foresee major hand ache.
Four. Kindle released it's newest e-reader at freaking $139! While the Nook also released $149. I've been weighing each product's pros and cons all morning, and I think I'm on the Kindle side of the force. Although it's out of stock in Amazon. I really, really want one and I think it's a good investment for someone like me. Books are getting expensive and heavy to carry, and it's about time that my reading list gets trimmed down.
Five. I'm just paranoid like that. This is like high school all over again.
Six. Yeah, more on that in the coming days.
Seven. There's this art exhibit in my school that I think would do good for me. I joined it, but there's still no confirmation as to whether I made it on the artist roster.
Also, Shell has opened an art competition. This one has quite a hefty cash prize. I'm still preparing my entries for it but I doubt I have a good chance. It's well publicized and there are loads of better photographers out there. Trying won't hurt, I suppose.
Sony also has an open photography competition whereby the first prize are a trip to London where the awarding ceremony will be taking place, some cash, and some goodies.
If I win the Shell competition, I'm gonna definitely gonna buy a swanky e-reader - be it Kindle or Nook. And a film SLR.
That's it. No picture because I'm supposed to be busy.
Go get the Kindle, IF you have enough money....But nothing beats the feel and "experience" of reading a real book...Ewan ko. I'm a purist e...hahaha...Plus I'm poor, kaya I can't get me an e-reader.
ReplyDeletePero yeah, I think the Kindle looks better.
AND THEN, go and join some photo exhibits. I like your photos...I mean, join not only cause you take good pictures, but because you should make something out of your photos diba? :D
