Photography

I finally submitted the photos for the World Bank contest. Thank God they decided to accept entries via e-mail. And thank God they extended the deadline. I don't think I can afford entering the contest if I had to print my pictures. Actually, I have photo paper and lots of ink at home. But, you know. The photo paper sucks and the deadline is tomorrow... or today. I'm not really sure. Hehe.

I submitted a total of five photos - all of them were completely improvised, four were crammed in one day, and one was a photo I took about five months ago. I practically forced meaning out of the minute things I photographed that's just lying around the house.

This is the first time I'm entering a skill contest of some sort so this is actually a pretty big deal for me (with a pretty huge cash prize). Oh no. Yeah, I did join the Ecolympics last year which was just complete epic fail. And if I do win this, it's also gonna be my first time to win anything. At least, as far as I can remember.


So, yeah. Please please please. Whoever is reading this, pray for me :) Cross-fingers. I really want to win something. Or be discovered. That works too.
